Featured in WaterWorld Magazine, Jacobs, a leading international engineering company was selected by PUB – Sinagapore’s National Water Agency, to design and supervise construction and commissioning of one of the largest and most advanced water reclamation plants worldwide. Jacobs chose ROTEC to implement its unique Flow Reversal (FR-RO) technology, taking recovery and water reuse to the highest level and helping the plant become a resilient water source.

The plant, Changi NEWater Factory 3 (CNF3), is the third NEWater plant to be located at the Changi Water Reclamation Plant (WRP). CNF3 incorporates ROTEC’s proprietary FR-RO technology in the design of the RO solution.

A number of individuals were interviewed for the WaterWorld article, about new developments at the Changi NEWater water treatment plant.
