Boaz has vast experience in company leadership, including at AST since 2008, at the Shitzer Chemical Group, and at ROTEC since 2012 as the lead investor, Chairman of the Board and as CEO since 2023. He is a seasoned professional with profound know-how in complex water treatment and environmental projects, specializing in innovative membrane technologies. Boaz is also highly skilled in marketing and sales leadership, with a long track record of driving growth. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Tel Aviv University, Israel, and an MBA in Business Administration from City of London University, UK.

Bruce has almost 30 years of experience in driving technical and commercial excellence in the water and wastewater markets. He previously served as VP Sales of Desalitech, bringing a disruptive water product to global industrial and municipal markets. In that role, he was instrumental in the sale of Desalitech to DuPont, later becoming the NA Industrial Sales Director for DuPont Water Solutions. Bruce holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Trenton State College, an MS in Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University, and an MS in Applied Physics from Princeton University.

Nir is a seasoned director of corporate business development, marketing and sales. With over 20 years’ experience in varied companies, he was instrumental in advancing their positioning in global markets. Nir has profound know-how in water treatment technologies and projects, with unique expertise in developing and managing new markets, forming sales channels and strategic partnerships. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Braude Academic College, and is completing a Global Green MBA specializing in Sustainability from the University of Haifa, Israel.

Omer is responsible for engineering design standards and project management. He has over 10 years’ experience in the water and wastewater technology industry. Prior to joining ROTEC, Omer held project, process and product management positions and served as a senior process engineer at Applied Cleantech, Emefcy, RWL Water and Fluence. He has designed large-scale water treatment and RO plants in Africa, South America, Central America and Asia. Omer holds a B.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from the Technion, Israel.

Kojan has over 13 years of water and wastewater engineering and operations experience. As a Project Engineer at ROTEC, he handles pre-sales up to detailed design, commissioning and operation of water treatment plants. Previously, Kojan was a process engineer at Fluence, where he designed and commissioned desalination plants for varied sectors. He also worked in operations at Mekorot Development and Enterprise. Kojan holds a B.Sc. in Water Industries from Kinneret College and studied Agricultural Engineering at the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Dor heads data analysis, process, and technology at ROTEC. He has 14 years of experience in senior positions in the water treatment industry, leading the development of innovative technologies and the optimization of large-scale desalination plants. Dor holds a B.Sc. in Environment Science and Biotechnology, an M.A (Hon.) in Marine Science and Resources from Ruppin Academic College, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Physical Oceanography at the Hebrew University, Israel. Dor is a veteran academic and industry lecturer on desalination, water treatment and water chemistry.
